- Comprehensive project proposals summarize client objectives, recommend execution strategies and delineate resource requirements
- Contracts and schedules of work record key project breakpoints, IP capture, project staffing and pricing. Recommended changes to project objectives or work-plans are documented and agreed
- Reports and documents are produced meeting quality (e.g. ISO 9001 accreditation) standards
- Senior management reviews projects so that issues are identified, recorded and addressed
- Invoices are accurate, properly authorized and delivered to clients on time
- Feedback from clients is regularly sought and acted upon
