Our flexible approach offers:
- Use of client cDNA or creation of custom cDNA sequences and expression vectors
- A choice of constitutive or inducible expression vectors
- Use of FACS for assessment of expression levels and enrichment of cell populations
- Selection of voltage-gated ion channels using IonWorks Quattro, an efficient method for producing cell lines optimised for automated electrophysiology.
- Validation of cell lines and assay protocols, including transfer of validated ‘screen ready’ assays to clients.
