We offer high throughput and complex screening. By carefully selecting compounds, following primary screening with further selectivity assays and using in-depth data mining techniques, we are able to help fast track from target to hit.

Fast track from target to hit
Rapid turnaround from target to hit relies on the following:
- Compound selection: depending on what’s known about the target, a combination of diverse collections, focused libraries, natural products and in silico modeling should be used to select possible candidates
- Hit follow-up and selectivity assays: compound profiling, including cytotoxicity and ADME testing, dose response experiments and counter-screen assays to refine results
- Data analysis and data mining: using industry-standard and proprietary software tools, compound profiles across a range of assays are compared. Results from all testing are presented to you in a customized format to integrate with your in-house systems.
