Hit expansion
Hit expansion allows for cost-effective exploration of additional compound sets specifically selected from our libraries to contain chemical motifs and scaffolds that have activity in the primary screen. This methodology is a powerful way to identify additional hits, new scaffolds and build SAR around existing hits. Our process identifies these additional compound sets using 2D and 3D similarity and pharmacophore searching and high throughput virtual docking studies.
