Human primary cellular assays
Using human primary cell assays as a basis, we have developed a platform for efficient and disease-relevant target discovery.
For each disease program, we screen our adenoviral collections in functional assays to identify genes that regulate the disease. These hits are passed through a series of increasingly complex validation assays to test the biological relevance of the targets. Further assays are carried out to eliminate off-target hits.
These validated targets can be used as starting points for a drug discovery program.
